From here its a bit tricky, get the quest from Julia in odellia. Name fro the quest is [MAGIC BOOK]. Julia will tell you to make magic book from the item she gave you.
so here is the item:
1) [Q] cock head
how?
1) Open the Misc tab
2) Select the extract element icon.
3) Click at the cock head and it will change into [Q] Magic Book
4) Talk back to Julia to complete the hero quest
